JX-181 Methyl Tin Heat Stabilizer

JX-181 thermal stabilizer is a high-efficiency liquid methyl tin mercaptide designed to stabilize rigid PVC in various demanding applications. JX-181 provides good early coloring as well as excellent dynamic processing stability. It is excellent for transparent rigid PVC, Vinyl copolymer blows molding formulations, and calendered/extruded Vinyl sheets for food-contact applications. (This Tin stabilizer should not be mixed with stabilizers such as lead and cadmium)
JX-181 rovides excellent clarity and good early color stability. Very effective stabilizer for injection molding of pipe fittings and other high quality parts intended for potable water uses. Excellent for calendered and extruded Vinyl sheet for food contact applications. Suitable for food packaging applications as defined by the US FDA, BedGgstV (Germany) and Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 - plastics intended to come into contact with Food. Allows for efficient use of regrind.

Precautions for storage and operation:

Place the drum in a cool and dry place, seal it tightly immediately after use, reduce contact with air, and strictly prohibit contact with water. Operators should wear protective gear, and contact with human skin should be washed with soapy water quickly. Refer to MSDS for details.

Packaging:

Net weight: 220 KG in an iron or plastic drum or 1,200 KG in an IBC tank. Can also be packaged according to customer requirements
